This is an Operations level core unit of 1 credit. On completion of this unit,participants will have the knowledge and application skills in maintaining food & beverage production environment and be able to apply them to the workplace.
This course is provided solely for Marina Bay Sands Pte Ltd (MBS) and its employees. This is a supervisory level qualification in the Food and Beverage stream requiring students to complete 9 competency units (3 core units and 6 elective units). Trainees will gain competency in a broad range of units required to lead a food and beverage team for MBS.
On completion of this unit, the learner will have the knowledge and application skills in managing meeting. This includes: • Planning and preparing for meeting • Conducting meeting • Following up on meeting
This is an Operations level core unit of 2 credits. On completion of this unit, participants will have the knowledge and application skills in preparing mise en place and be able to apply them to the workplace.
On completion of this unit, the learner will have knowledge and application skills in establishing a human resource management plan and be able to apply them to the workplace. This includes: • developing human resource plan • monitoring human resource plan • rewarding and recognising staff
